2. DMCA Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, Duoyeyou will:

  • Expeditiously remove or disable access to the material in question.

  • Notify the party responsible for posting the material regarding the removal.

  • In accordance with our policy, terminate the access of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our agent. This must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
