Order Change & Cancellation Policy

At Duoyeyou, we know that shopping for kids can be a whirlwind! We strive to get your orders moving quickly so those cute outfits can reach your doorstep as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please review our guidelines below.


1. The Modification Window

To ensure fast delivery, our team begins preparing and packing orders shortly after they are placed.

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM EST (Monday – Saturday).

  • Cancellation Deadline: Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Within the 12-Hour Window: If you change your mind early, we guarantee a full cancellation and an immediate refund.

  • After Processing/Shipping: Once your order has been packaged or a shipping label has been generated, we can no longer cancel it. If your order has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy once the package arrives.

3. Modifying Your Order

We are happy to help you update your order if it hasn't been processed yet. This includes:

  • Shipping Updates: Correcting a typo in your address or contact information.

  • Item Swaps: Changing a size, color, or pattern to better suit your child.

  • Order Adjustments: Adding or removing specific items.

    • Note: Any price differences for swapped items will be settled via a partial refund or a secure payment link.

4. Orders Already in Transit

Once a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) has picked up your package, the order is "locked."

  • Address Errors: If you notice an error after shipping, you may try to contact the carrier directly to reroute the package.

  • Liability: Duoyeyou is not responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect address entry by the customer.


5. How to Request a Change

Time is of the essence! To ensure we catch your order before it ships, please email us with the subject line: “Urgent: Order Change/Cancellation #[Your Order Number]”
