What is your return window? We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, clothing must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
Are returns free? To keep our prices affordable for all families, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. The good news? We never charge restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
What if an item arrives damaged? If you find a defect (like a broken snap or a tear), please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will prioritize sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.

How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days. This includes 1–2 days for careful quality checks and packaging, plus 3–7 days for transit.
Can I change my shipping address? Kids keep us busy, we get it! Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a shipping label is created, we are unable to change the destination.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

How do I choose the right size? We recommend checking our size guide (based on height and weight) for the best fit. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for extra comfort and room to grow!
Will the colors look exactly like the photos? We use professional lighting to capture our fabrics accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your phone or monitor settings.
How should I wash Duoyeyou clothing? To keep fabrics soft and colors bright, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. Avoid bleach to protect the delicate fibers.
