Refund & Return Policy

At Duoyeyou, we want your little ones to love their new outfits. If a fit isn't quite right or you’ve changed your mind, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.


1. Return Eligibility

To ensure the health and safety of all our little customers, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Item Condition: Clothing must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition. All original tags must be attached, and the items should be in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your request.

2. How to Return or Exchange

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

  • Exchanges: Need a different size? We offer a one-time free reshipment for size or color exchanges once your original return is received and inspected.

  • Quality Inspection: All returns undergo a thorough check. Items that show signs of wear, stains (like baby formula or detergent), or have been washed will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our quality, but if we missed a spot (e.g., a broken snap, torn seam, or wrong size sent), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Please include clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item in your email.


4. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Method: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale / Clearance Items.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Personalized/Customized Clothing.

  • Underwear, Diaper Covers, or Socks (if the original seal or packaging is broken).
