1. Where We Ship

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States, covering all 50 states as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Flat Rate Shipping: A simple, flat fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.
Our Shipping Partners: To ensure your package arrives safely, we use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce.

3. Delivery Timeline

We take a little extra time to quality-check every seam and button before your order leaves our doors.

Order Processing (Handling): 1–2 Business Days.
- Includes: Quality inspection, steam-pressing (if needed), and eco-friendly protective packaging.
Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 business days.

5. Customer Responsibility

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Duoyeyou cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or being refused, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the items.

6. Solving Shipping Issues

Damaged Goods: If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Lost Packages: In the rare event a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will provide a full replacement or a 100% refund.
