Welcome to Duoyeyou. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our children's clothing and accessories. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

“We,” “us,” “our” refers to Duoyeyou.
“Business days” refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

2. Product Information & Pricing

Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, patterns, and fit of our children's apparel as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to individual screen settings or professional studio lighting.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices, update product descriptions, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Orders

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy:

Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 (US Only).
Timeline: 1–2 Business Days for handling and 3–7 Business Days for transit.
Order Integrity: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or those containing significant billing and address errors.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations: Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered our processing phase, it cannot be changed.
Returns: We offer a 30-day window for unwashed and unworn clothing in its original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for specific details regarding hygiene standards and return shipping costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All clothing designs, original photography, brand logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Duoyeyou. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Duoyeyou is not liable for carrier-related delays (such as weather or logistics disruptions) or for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total purchase price of the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
